Soup for the soul: Zuppa Toscana

One of our early favorites was a soup from Olive Garden, which was also the first time we discovered kale!

So we decided to recreate it in our home kitchen -- easy peasy recipe and perfect to warm up for a cold night. It's been 52F out yesterday night and tonight, that's San Francisco summer for you.
Chorizo, russet potatoes, white onions, kale, chicken broth and heavy cream. Top off with a few shaves of Parmigiano Reggiano -- and sip up!
