Green Hornet: Jay Chou is Kato?!

I honestly don't know what to expect of The Green Hornet, and you read about my early reaction the casting here. The soup just gets weirder. With Michel Gondry on helm as director and Seth Rogen as Britt Reid, Nicolas Cage as villain and now, Jay Chou as Kato? I'm really hoping that this "superhero" movie takes the Shaun of the Dead route - which was really funny & different, because there's absolutely no way I can Seth Rogen seriously as a lead crime-fighting super hero, not even 50 pounds lighter!
